Our Story

The When In Need Foundation was founded by Chetachi Nwoga-Ecton, a resilient single mother who immigrated to the United States at the age of 17. Inspired by her personal experiences, the foundation focuses on delivering essential resources such as food, clean water, medication, and education to vulnerable populations, particularly orphans and those living in extreme poverty in Nigeria.

Through dedicated missions, the When In Need Foundation has successfully provided life-changing amenities like clean water, medical testing, clothing, healthcare, food, and educational resources to disadvantaged communities, schools, orphanages, and hostels in Nigeria and beyond.
