Founded in 1981, The Wetlands Conservancy emerged from a community-driven effort to protect Hedges Creek Marsh in Tualatin, Oregon. Althea Pratt's vision sparked a movement that has since safeguarded over 1,500 acres of vital wetlands across the state.
