Our Story

The Wetland Trust is a dedicated conservation organization based in New York, focused on the protection and restoration of freshwater wetland ecosystems. With ownership of over 4,000 wetland acres across more than one hundred properties, TWT is committed to safeguarding the rare and unique species that inhabit these vital ecosystems.

Our Impact

Through the New York In-Lieu Fee program, TWT has successfully protected over 1,600 acres of the highest quality wetland in New York State, ensuring the preservation of these critical habitats.
