Our Story

Buffalo Promise Neighborhood (BPN) is a transformative initiative that began in the early 1990s, driven by M&T Bank's commitment to enhance education in Buffalo's public schools. This collaboration led to the establishment of Westminster Community Charter School and the official launch of BPN in 2012, bringing the Promise Neighborhood model to life in Buffalo.
