Our Story

Community Health Outreach opened its doors in 1988 to address the pressing needs of the Jacksonville community. Over the years, the demand for essential services has only increased, leading to the expansion of programs that provide medical and dental care for the uninsured, a drive-thru food pantry three times a week, and the Baby Luv program that assists families with diapers and formula.

CHO is dedicated to serving those who are food insecure and lack access to medical and dental care. The organization continues to grow, reaching more clients and patients in need of vital support.
