Founded in 2017, Westinghouse Arts Academy (WAA) emerged from the vision of local residents who recognized the urgent need for high-quality arts education in the Turtle Creek Valley community. This vibrant institution is dedicated to providing students with rigorous training in the performing and creative arts, fostering both academic excellence and a supportive community.

Our Journey

In its early years, WAA experienced rapid growth as families embraced the unique opportunities offered. With a focus on diverse disciplines such as dance, theatre, music, and visual arts, students receive world-class instruction that nurtures their talents. In 2021, WAA expanded its campus into the historic Westinghouse Castle, a landmark that symbolizes the region’s industrial heritage. This expansion includes state-of-the-art facilities like dance studios, painting and ceramics studios, a film and TV studio, and a digital arts lab, providing students with unparalleled resources to explore their passions.
