Our Story

The Westhampton War Memorial Ambulance Association was founded in 1950 to honor veterans and meet the medical needs of a growing community. From its humble beginnings as a grassroots volunteer effort, it has evolved into a trusted emergency medical service provider, boasting 65 active volunteers who respond to over 1,500 patient calls each year. The organization has expanded its services with innovative teams like the Bike Emergency Response Team and the Ocean Rescue Team, all while remaining committed to its mission of service and community care.
