Our Story
The Western Reserve Herb Society (WRHS) has a rich history dedicated to promoting the cultivation and use of herbs. Established to foster a sense of belonging among its members, the society has made significant contributions to the community through education and horticultural scholarships. The society proudly maintains a world-class herb garden at the Cleveland Botanical Garden, designed by Elsetta Barnes, recognized as one of the largest public herb gardens in the United States, all maintained by dedicated volunteers.
