Our Story

Founded in 2012 by Rev. and Mrs. Phillip (Cathy) Battle, the Western Pennsylvania Diaper Bank emerged from a heartfelt mission to address the diaper crisis faced by families in need. Inspired by their experiences in Toledo, Ohio, where they witnessed the struggles of families lacking essential diapers, the Battles established this nonprofit to serve communities across Western Pennsylvania.
