The West Liberty University Foundation was established in 1964 to secure funding from diverse sources as state support began to decline. Governed by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors, the Foundation is committed to raising, investing, and stewarding private funds to enhance West Liberty University and broaden access to higher education for students from all backgrounds.
