About Sunrise Horizon

Sunrise Horizon, a private non-profit home-finding agency, has been dedicated to serving the children of Los Angeles County since 1994. With a commitment to expanding its reach, the agency has grown from just three foster parents and fifteen children to over eighty homes and one hundred and fifty children in need. The agency offers a variety of programs, including Foster Care, Group Homes, Short Term Residential Therapeutic Services, Mental Health Services, Adoptions, and Intensive Services Foster Care (ISFC) for children with special health care needs.
