Our Story

The West Coast Jewish Theatre was founded in 1993 by Naomi Karz Jacobs and a dedicated group of friends. Their vision was to create a permanent Jewish theatre in Los Angeles, a city with the second largest Jewish community in the U.S. This organization is committed to carrying on Jewish traditions through the arts, specifically theatre, while educating audiences about Jewish culture.

Impact

Through its productions, the West Coast Jewish Theatre fosters respect and understanding of Jewish heritage, reaching both Jewish and non-Jewish communities.
