In January 2012, Bart Noonan experienced a radical transformation through the Lord’s grace, redirecting his passion to serve the West Blvd neighborhood. West Blvd Ministry connects hearts and builds relationships among schools, churches, and local businesses, uniting to invest in the future of our youth. This ministry is more than a group; it’s a family. By practicing intentionality, honesty, and openness, a nurturing environment is created where love, hope, and accountability are foundational.

Impact

The youth in this Charlotte community face high rates of gun violence, drug use, and school dropout. West Blvd Ministry offers an alternate path using biblical principles, equipping them with the tools to live abundant lives.
