Our Story
Since 2013, the West African Community Council (WACC) has been dedicated to empowering West Africans and other immigrants, refugees, and people of color in the Puget Sound region. What began as a small initiative to provide ESL classes and career assistance has blossomed into a comprehensive support system serving over 4,000 individuals annually. WACC offers a range of programs including a multilingual preschool, immigration legal services, and community support initiatives, ensuring that every member of the community has the resources they need to thrive.
