Founded in 1954 by The North Georgia Conference of The United Methodist Church, Wesley Woods began its mission to provide affordable housing for older adults with the establishment of its first community on the Emory University campus in 1965. Over the years, it has expanded to 10 communities across Georgia, serving seniors of all income levels, races, and faiths.
