Our Story

Founded in 1947 by Edith and Wendell Foster, this organization began as a response to the needs of their daughter, Louise, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and intellectual disabilities. The Fosters opened their home to support children with developmental disabilities, and with the help of local veterans, they established a dedicated facility to provide care and education.
