WellFully

Our Story

WellFully, formerly known as WellSpring, has been a beacon of hope for at-risk adolescents in western South Dakota since 1990. This unique residential group care home and addiction recovery program has transformed the lives of thousands of youth, providing essential counseling, medical, and educational services.

Impact

With 98% of the youth served living in poverty and 74% having faced abuse and neglect, WellFully is dedicated to making a significant difference in their lives.
