Wells of Hope

Our Story

Founded in 2006, Wells of Hope is a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to delivering clean water and the teachings of Jesus Christ to underserved communities. Initiated by Janice Character and a group of passionate friends, the organization has expanded its reach to Tanzania and Mexico, with significant contributions from leaders like Tom Fontenot and Danny Roy in Tanzania, and Dr. Thomas Basile and Felix Moreno in Mexico. Under the leadership of Timothy Mulville, who brings over 25 years of NGO experience, Wells of Hope continues to thrive.

Impact

Since its inception, Wells of Hope has successfully completed numerous water points, transforming the lives of thousands by providing access to clean water and promoting health and sanitation. The organization has also witnessed hundreds of new followers of Christ through its impactful initiatives.
