Wellfield Botanic Gardens

Our Story

Conceived by the Elkhart Rotary Club in 2002, Wellfield Botanic Gardens began as a community service project to celebrate Rotary International's 100th Anniversary. Officially handed over to the Board of Directors in 2005, the Gardens have been developed according to a Master Plan that includes 25 themed gardens and event spaces, along with a visitors center. Construction commenced in 2006, reshaping the landscape to create a serene environment for all.
