Our Story

Growing up in the Upper East Region of Ghana, Rashed Anaba dreamed of bringing sustained access to clean water to his community. After facing personal hardships, including the loss of his father, Rashed dropped out of school to support his family. He later founded Well Constructed in 2015, leveraging his tourism business to connect with donors and volunteers. Since then, Well Constructed has completed over 425 projects, providing more than 220,000 people with potable drinking water.
