Welcome Home Heroes Foundation is a dedicated nonprofit organization located in San Joaquin County, comprised of Gold Star and Blue Star Families, along with local veterans. This entirely volunteer-based organization ensures that 100% of donations go directly to supporting U.S. veterans and their families. By collaborating with the Veterans Administration staff at the Palo Alto and Livermore facilities, the foundation addresses the critical needs of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) veterans, effectively bridging the gap between VA evaluations and Department of Defense (DOD) compensation.
