Founded by Lee Ann Hyatt, RN, BSN, in July 2021, We Remember You is dedicated to supporting family caregivers of individuals living with dementia in Rutherford County, Tennessee. Recognizing the significant challenges faced by caregivers, the organization was established to fill the gap in support services available in the area.
We Remember You supports approximately seven caregiver support groups and offers educational presentations on various dementia-related topics, helping to alleviate caregiver stress and improve their overall well-being.
