WE HIKE TO HEAL

We Hike to Heal, Inc's mission is to build an inclusive community that normalizes self care, healing and adventure for women in the outdoors. We organize both virtual and in-person events that can include a variety of mindfulness exercises and outdoor activities. We use the Nature Meditations deck, Nature Meditations Journal and other mindfulness resourecs as our main tools.
