Founded in 1991, the Wayzata Booster Foundation emerged from a community effort to save high school and junior high athletic programs from budget cuts. A dedicated group of parents, administrators, and community leaders established this charitable organization to provide essential funding for Wayzata Athletic Boosters. Initially focused on short-term support for coaches' salaries and equipment, the foundation has since developed a long-term vision to enhance community engagement and support for student-athletes.
