Waynesboro Area Refuge Ministry (WARM) was established in 2011 to address the homelessness crisis in Waynesboro, Virginia. With a focus on women and children, WARM offers a cold weather shelter and transitional housing, fostering stability and self-sufficiency through community collaboration.
