Way Finders is an affordable housing organization dedicated to bringing home stability to people across Western Massachusetts since 1972.

Our Impact

Way Finders builds and manages over 800 affordable housing units across urban, rural, and suburban settings. Each year, more than 5,000 families access emergency assistance and housing subsidies through our programs. We empower first-time homebuyers, provide emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness, and support young parents and survivors of domestic abuse. Our financial education and employment services foster long-term housing stability.
