Our Story

WaveStarters was founded by Andrew and Norine Brunson, who dedicated 23 years to church planting, refugee aid, and prayer in Turkey. In 2016, Andrew faced false terrorism charges, leading to a two-year imprisonment. His release in 2018 sparked a global prayer movement, emphasizing the power of faith in challenging times. With a PhD from the University of Aberdeen, Andrew and Norine are committed to igniting waves of the Holy Spirit, especially in the Muslim world and among persecuted communities.
