Our Story
The Waverly Community House, founded in 1919 by Margaretta E. Belin in memory of her husband, Henry Belin, Jr., has been a cornerstone of the Waverly community. Over the decades, it has expanded its facilities and programs to provide educational, recreational, and cultural opportunities for individuals and families.
Impact
Recognized for its significant contributions, The Comm was added to the National Park Service’s Network to Freedom Listing for its Destination Freedom Program. Recently, it raised $28,265 for an HVAC system upgrade during NEPA Gives Day, surpassing its $10,000 goal to ensure continued service to the community.
