In 1984, David and Carla Whatley envisioned a sanctuary for abused, neglected, and behaviorally challenged children. After two years as foster parents, they opened Watersprings Ranch in September 1989, a home dedicated to restoring hope and security. Nestled on 120 acres in Texarkana, Arkansas, the Ranch features six group homes, a learning center, and a nurturing environment where children can rediscover their childhood.
