This experience led to the discovery of the SODIS model for solar disinfection. In 2007, WaterSchool was founded to empower communities with sustainable water solutions.
Over the past three years, WaterSchool has achieved a remarkable 96.6% reduction in diarrhea among the households it serves, showcasing the effectiveness of its Water, Hygiene, and Sanitation (W.A.S.H.) programs.
