Our Story

Water for Christ was founded from a deep commitment to share the Gospel of Christ while addressing the urgent need for clean water in developing countries. In February 2011, Dr. Bobby Bowman led a mission team to remote villages in Ghana, where the dire need for clean water became evident. This experience ignited a passion to make a difference, leading to the drilling of the first well in November 2011. Since then, the mission has expanded to train local men in well maintenance and to spread the message of hope through the Gospel.
