Our Story

Founded in 2012 by Victor Griego, Water Education for Latino Leaders (WELL) was established to address the urgent need for education among Latino leaders regarding California's water crisis. With the support of water professionals and a dedicated Advisory Board, WELL has become a pivotal force in water policy education.

Impact

Since its inception, WELL has trained over 1,300 local elected officials, fostering a diverse leadership bench of women, Latinos, and people of color committed to sustainable water policies.
