Our Story

When Kim Gorney discovered that bus drivers were providing snacks to homeless students in the Edmonds School District, she felt compelled to act. This resolve led to the formation of a coalition of local moms and businesses, partnering with the Edmonds School District to create a nonprofit dedicated to making a difference in the lives of homeless children.

Impact

Washington Kids in Transition has provided essential resources to over 1200 homeless children, ensuring they have access to food, clothing, and emergency assistance.
