Founded in 2021 by a collective of women and non-binary people of color, Pathwaves WA is dedicated to increasing representation and power in early childhood systems. This Washington-based organization focuses on uplifting leaders of color from Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and Pacific Islander communities.
