The Wallkill Valley Land Trust was established in 1987 by dedicated residents aiming to safeguard the open spaces of the Wallkill Valley region in Ulster County. Since its inception, the organization has successfully preserved over 3,000 acres, including the iconic Wallkill Valley Rail Trail and vital farmland.
