Our Story

Walking With Anthony was founded by Micki Purcell in response to her son Anthony's spinal cord injury in 2010. Witnessing the limitations of insurance coverage for rehabilitation, Micki was inspired to create a nonprofit dedicated to providing financial assistance for essential treatments not covered by standard insurance.
