Wake Monarch Academy was founded by Leah Wright, who, through her personal journey with her son, recognized the urgent need for support and resources for adolescents battling substance use disorders. Inspired by her faith and experience as an educator, Leah established the first recovery high school in the Triangle area of North Carolina. This safe and nurturing environment allows young individuals to pursue their academic, personal, and professional goals while on the path to recovery.
