Our Story
Founded in 2012, Wahiawā Health is a community health center born from the vision of the late Sen. Daniel Inouye. His commitment to ensuring that residents of this geographically isolated area have access to comprehensive health care has led to the establishment of Wahiawā Health as one of the six Sen. Inouye Legacy Projects. As a Federally Qualified Health Center Look Alike (FQHC-LAL) and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Wahiawā Health serves the residents of Central Oʻahu, including Wahiawā, Mililani, Waialua, and Kunia, providing essential health services to all in need.
Why Donate?
At Wahiawā Health, the belief is that quality medical care, behavioral health, and social services should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. To maintain this commitment, services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income levels, ensuring that no one is turned away. Donations help sustain these vital services and support military families and personnel as well.
