Our Story
Voices of Chance Animal League (VOCAL) was inspired by Chance, an elderly lab-mix who faced abandonment. This organization is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of shelter animals through various programs and initiatives.
Impact
VOCAL has successfully advocated for animal welfare, leading to the adoption of the Attended Tether Only ordinance in Leon County, which limits the chaining of dogs and enhances their emotional and physical well-being.
