Our Story

Founded in 1992, Voices for Alabama’s Children emerged to address the urgent need for a statewide child advocacy group. By collaborating with community leaders, this organization has tirelessly worked to improve the lives of children across Alabama.

Impact

Voices has successfully established Alabama’s Children’s Health Insurance Programs (ALL Kids), providing healthcare access to an average of 63,800 children annually since 1998. This initiative has also contributed to a remarkable 23% decline in preventable child deaths.
