Our Story

Founded in 2007 by a passionate group of Latinos and allies, Voces aims to enhance the health, quality of life, and leadership of LatinX families in greater Battle Creek, MI. Initially a Community Project Fund of the Battle Creek Community Foundation, Voces became an independent nonprofit in 2008, thanks to the generous support of the W. K. Kellogg Foundation.

Voces is dedicated to providing essential language services in hospitals and clinics, educational programs for youth, and initiatives that foster community engagement and leadership. Every contribution helps to create a more inclusive society.
