Our Story

Since 1954, the Vocational Independence Program, Inc. has been dedicated to serving adults facing disabilities and employment barriers. This Work/Training agency focuses on empowering individuals through Employment First principles, offering comprehensive training in work skills, daily activities, and social interactions. Participants engage in production, assembly, and manufacturing activities, alongside group sessions that enhance communication, health awareness, safety practices, and community integration.
