The Council Oak Men's Chorale (COMC) was established in 1998 by Rick Fortner, originating from a heartfelt memorial service for World AIDS Day. What began as a small gathering of 12 singers has blossomed into a celebrated organization, recognized for its vocal excellence and commitment to the LGBTQ+ community.
