Today, it stands as New Jersey’s largest nonprofit provider of home health, hospice, and community-based care, serving at-risk children, the elderly, and those facing end-of-life challenges.

VNA Health Group impacts over 50,000 individuals and families annually, with nearly 325,000 patient encounters. Their hospice program alone supports more than 3,000 terminally ill patients and their families each year, significantly enhancing community health and well-being.
