Our Story

Vizavance, formerly known as Prevent Blindness Oklahoma, has been dedicated to advancing children's education through vision since 1965. Serving all 77 counties in Oklahoma, this nonprofit organization provides free vision screenings in schools, preschools, and daycare centers, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to see clearly.

Impact

Despite challenges posed by COVID-19, Vizavance screened nearly 200,000 children and referred 12% for further eye care. This remarkable achievement highlights the organization's commitment to children's vision health.
