Our Story

The Visitor Aloha Society of Hawaii (VASH) was founded in 1997 by the Rotary Club of Honolulu to assist victims of crime and other adversities traveling in Hawaii. Recognizing the negative impact of crime on tourism, VASH was established to provide follow-up assistance and support to visitors in need, ensuring they experience the true Aloha spirit of Hawaii.

Impact

VASH serves as a temporary lifeline for visitors who have been victims of crime or other adversities, providing moral support and resources to help them navigate their time of need. Thousands of visitors have benefited from VASH's services, creating positive memories of their stay in Hawaii despite hardships.

Why Donate?

Donating to VASH supports their mission of providing care and assistance to visitors in distress, ensuring they receive the help they need during difficult times. Contributions help fund essential services and resources that allow VASH to continue its vital work in the community.
