With a legacy spanning over a century, the Visiting Nurse Association Health Group (VNAHG) began in 1912 with a group of dedicated volunteers focused on enhancing public assistance and prison conditions. Today, VNAHG stands as New Jersey’s largest not-for-profit provider of home health, hospice, and community-based care, committed to serving vulnerable populations including at-risk children and the elderly.

Impact

Each year, VNA Health Group impacts the lives of over 50,000 individuals and families through nearly 325,000 patient encounters, delivering essential health care services, including hospice care for over 3,000 terminally ill patients.
