Founded in 1985 by Sisters Neomi Hayes and Yolanda Tarango, Visitation House Ministries began as a temporary shelter for economically vulnerable women and children. Over the years, it has transformed into a supportive housing and education model, addressing the root causes of poverty and homelessness through empowerment and education.
