Vision of Community Fellowship Inc (VOCF) was born from the compassionate vision of Dr. Larry Ward, founder of Food for the Hungry in 1971. His mission was clear: to end both physical and spiritual hungers. Over the decades, this mission evolved into a community-led approach known as the 'Vision of Community' (VOC), which empowers local communities to become self-sustaining.
