Our Story

Founded in 2008, Virginians Organized for Interfaith Community Engagement (VOICE) is a nonpartisan coalition of over 50 faith communities and civic organizations in Northern Virginia. This organization unites people across race, class, religion, political party, and geography to take action on critical issues affecting middle and low-income communities.

Impact

VOICE has successfully secured over $500 million in investments for housing justice initiatives, including loan refinancing and affordable housing projects. Major victories include the passing of Missing Middle in Arlington and Zoning for Housing in Alexandria, which promote diverse housing options for all.
